Who doesn’t love a good dumpling? Nobody! Can you make dumplings as well (if not better) than store bought or restaurant made? YES! Sign up and let’s have a virtual mini dumpling fest.
We’ll prepare a versatile dumpling dough, filling, and then craft dumplings to cook in three (3) ways. I'll show you how to shape dumplings too. And, you'll prepare a zippy salad to round out the meal.

We’ll also discuss how to manipulate the dough with different flours — go all-purpose or whole grain. Don’t want to make dough from scratch? You'll get store-bought shortcuts too.

As with all my classes, you’ll gain foundational know how to apply elsewhere. You’ll get all the recipes and choose to make one of the fillings during class. We’ll compare results and have lots of fun with folks from all over.

What to expect:

• Online platform: Zoom, with recordings for playback for all registrants
• Ingredients: Most ingredients for this class are available at mainstream supermarkets. Asian market or online shopping is minimal.
• Equipment: Basic home kitchen equipment. Nothing fancy or exotic is required. A Chinese steam and tortilla press are helpful but there are workarounds!
• Class materials: After registering, you’ll get a downloadable PDF containing all recipes, Zoom information, plus pointers on shopping, equipment, and prep.
