A complete beginners introduction to DIY screen printing using a non commercial, practical technique that you can repeat in the comfort of your own home.

We will design our own simple and bold image, then Amber will guide you through various ways of transferring your image, cutting techniques and then cutting your design into a paper stencil ready to print. We will provide all materials plus card/ paper to print your final image on.

Please feel free to bring along any fabric samples or additional pieces of card/ paper that you want to experiment with.

(As this is an introductory lesson, please don’t bring a tshirt or jacket as that gets too complicated)

You will go away with your own little masterpiece plus the knowledge to repeat this at home.

As this can get messy please wear appropriate clothing or bring an apron. Feel free to play around with design/ shape ideas in an A6 size before the class. Paper and pencils will be available to design with on the day.
