Celebrate the spirit of Diwali as children prepare traditional festive dishes. We will be making some Golden Veggie Samosas from scratch (including the pastry) with a mint dip, and Sweet Coconut Ladoos for dessert, in a hands-on cultural cooking workshop
During the workshop, the children will craft a diyas and enjoy a 45mins fun children's yoga where they learn to make Diwali poses with the wonderful Georgina from 'Spirit 19 Yoga' after cooking!
Refreshment and snack is available for the children whilst food cooks.
The New Song Cafe is open to public on Saturdays. Adults can have the opportunity to wait at the Cafe area and enjoy some light refreshments whilst the children is cooking. Each adult (per child booking) will be given a FREE drink voucher to claim at the Cafe.
