The Evesham Township Youth Advisory Committee is once again hosting a fun and educational Diwali event this year on Thursday, Oct. 16!
The event will be held that evening starting at 6 p.m. at the Indian Spring Country Club, at 115 S. Elmwood Road, Marlton, 08053.
The event is youth focused, with fun activities and educational aspects geared toward student-aged residents. Don't miss out on food, music, dancing and more!
Diwali, also known as The Festival of Lights, is one of the major annual festivals celebrated by Hindus, Jains, Sikhs and some Buddhists. The multi-day celebration falls between mid-October and mid-November each year and is a time to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil.
