Beth O’Brien, spiritual medium, will be at Halo to share her gift of playing the crystal bowls! Each crystal bowl is attuned to each chakra and will open and cleanse the energy system which raises your vibration to attract more positive things into your life. You will leave feeling relaxed and recharged. During the meditation reiki by Mike will also be given and after the meditation a short angel card reading by Beth. Please bring a blanket and pillow and wear comfy clothing. *Do not use "Get directions" click the map or type Halo Wellness Center into google maps.
