Divorce Healing Retreat

The Divorce Healing Retreat is a three-day, two-night pause designed for women who have been through divorce or long-term separation and are ready for space. Space to breathe, to rest, and to reconnect with themselves in a supported, intentional way.

Held at Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat & Spa, just outside Toronto, the setting is quiet, natural, and deeply restorative. Comfortable accommodations, nourishing meals, and access to spa amenities, including a sauna, steam room, and hot tubs, create an environment where your nervous system can soften and your body can finally exhale.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through professionally facilitated practices that support self-connection and presence. These may take different forms across the weekend, such as gentle movement, meditation, reflective writing, creative expression, and facilitated group experiences. Each offering is optional, thoughtfully paced, and held with care. There is no pressure to share more than you want or to move faster than feels right.

This retreat isn’t about fixing, reframing, or rushing ahead. It’s about being met where you are, in the company of other women who understand without needing the whole story. There is also generous unstructured time for rest, walking in nature, journaling, or quiet reflection.
