Divine Sweat - Dance Activation and Energy Healing Circle

Are you ready for the ultimate tone up from the soul up, while activating your divine spark?

WHAT IS DIVINE SWEAT: The ultimate tone up from the soul up, Divine Sweat utilizes guided dance with intention, energy work, and meditation, to activate your life force energy. You will DANCE, SWEAT, unlock ENERGY blocks, ACTIVATE your light body, and receive energy healing, while having FUN!

~ No dance experience necessary. All fitness levels and spiritual paths welcome.

INTENTION: Always leading with the power of intention, this activation's intention will be to activate your Divine Feminine Spark. In celebration of the divine feminine creative force, we will have a surprice performace to close out the night!

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:

- workout clothes & tennis shoes (we will slip those off for parts of the activation).

- yoga mat

- water bottle

- [Optional ] * Something to place on the altar. Anything of special meaning to you that you would liked charged with the potent healing energy of the activation, crystals, images of loved ones who have passed or ascended masters/deities you would like to connect to, written out prayer requests/intentions, etc.

SCHEDULE OF EVENT: *** Please be on time. Doors will close at 7:15pm in order to honor our sacred container.

7:00pm - 7:15pm - Doors open, set up your space (on yoga mat, shoes off), add your emblems to the altar (optional).

7:15pm - 7:30 pm - Opening meditation

7:30 pm - 8:30pm - Dance activation. Get ready to SWEAT, have FUN, MOVE, and lose yourself in the divine energy.

8:30pm - 8:45pm - Closing energy healing circle.

8:45pm-9:30 pm - Surprise performance, mingle, and connect with fellow sistars

SPACE: Space is limited. Tickets are not guaranteed to be available at the door and fees will still apply, due to venue capacity. Last minute ticket cancellations will be donated to a sister in need who would like to attend but cannot pay.

REMINDERS:

- Parking will be street in surrounding areas and the building is in a warehouse. Please allow yourself time to find your way.

-This is sacred space. Phones must remain off during activation but welcome upon arrival and once we wrap closing energy circle.
