This is a mindful walking experience set within the serene trails of Rowlett Creek Nature Preserve. This natural sanctuary offers a refreshing escape from daily demands, creating the perfect environment for clarity, connection, and renewal.

As we walk gently along the preserve’s dirt paths, we will attune to the rhythms of the land and the restorative presence of nature. This experience honors the healing power of simply being outdoors, surrounded by living ecosystems that support balance and reflection. The preserve’s natural beauty supports emotional reset, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to both self and community. Participants are invited to release mental noise, soften the nervous system, and return to a more natural rhythm of being.

This walk is about 3-4 miles, and is about intention, awareness, and experiencing nature as a living partner in well-being.
