Divine Light Breathwork & Sound Bath

The breath is the bridge between conscious & subconscious minds. Practicing breathwork allows our subconscious minds to move that stuck energy and free us from what is ready to be released. It also connects us to our intuition, allowing insights and inspired actions to drop in.

This journey will begin with breathwork, paired with energy healing and an intentionally crafted playlist. This will allow your subconscious mind to clear energetic distortions, raise your consciousness, and open your heart to the wisdom within. Breathwork offers a portal to an altered state of consciousness that can deepen spiritual connection and lead to powerful breakthroughs. You will have to option for hands-on intuitive energy healing, or you may opt-out.

Following the breathwork journey, you will experience a journey through the vibrations and frequencies of sound. Feel a sense of deep relaxation as blocked energy is moved and your entire being is cleansed. The pairing of breathwork with sound healing will allow you to drop into a deeper meditative state of relaxation.

As we shed layers like an onion, we create space for our true selves to shine through. We release the burden of being led from societal norms and begin to lead our lives from within, following our inner knowing.

This retreat will be guided by Tiffany Jade at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided at the bottom of the confirmation email (please scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to the Custom Notes section).

You will be lying down during this journey. Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, or blanket, and any layers to stay comfortable. You may also wish to bring an eye mask, a journal, and some water.
