In this nurturing space, we'll explore the ancient tradition of sage smudging for purification and renewal. Guided by the wisdom of the group, you'll learn to select, prepare, and bundle sage, infusing each step with your unique intentions and energy. Together, we'll honor the sacredness of the ritual and deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world. Before our circle closes, we will cleanse our energy with a nurturing Reiki sound bath. Join us for an evening of sisterhood, reflection, and the art of sacred self-care.
