Join us beneath the trees and open sky for an afternoon devoted to the vast energy of our Crown Chakra—the energy center of connection, inner peace, and universal consciousness. Our highest selves.

Together we’ll gently quiet the noise of everyday life and create space to reconnect with something greater than ourselves. Through guided meditation, sound healing, mindful movement, reflection, and meaningful ritual, we’ll explore what it feels like to trust, surrender, and receive wisdom from within.

Rather than seeking answers outside ourselves, we’ll practice softening into presence, expanding awareness, and remembering that we are already deeply connected.

This circle is perfect for anyone longing to slow down, restore their spirit, deepen their intuition, and experience community in a beautiful natural setting.

During our time together you’ll experience:

• Grounding practices in nature

• Guided Crown Chakra meditation

• Gentle somatic movement and breathwork

• Crystal singing bowl sound healing

• Reflection and journaling

• A meaningful take-home craft or ritual

• Connection with a supportive community of women

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors. Yoga mats will be available if needed. Kangen Alkaline water will be provided.
