Join Lisa & Jo for a beautiful evening combining intuitive movement, chakra balancing, meditation, journaling and Reiki in a supportive space created for you to reconnect with yourself.
Through music and free-flowing movement, you’ll be invited to get out of your head and into your body, explore your energy and allow yourself to move in whatever way feels right for you.
And No — You Don’t Need To Be A Dancer 💛
This isn’t about choreography, getting the steps right or performing for anyone. There are no steps to learn. You’re simply invited to listen to your body and move in the way that feels good to you. And if you’d rather experience some or all of the practice seated, you absolutely can.

Allow the music to guide you as you explore free, intuitive movement. There’s nothing to perform and nothing to get right. Move standing or seated and, if you’d like an even more immersive experience, you can choose to wear an eye mask.
🌈 Chakra Balancing & Energy Work
Explore your chakra energy through gentle awareness practices, pendulum work and Reiki, creating time to pause, notice and reconnect.
✍️ Journaling & Reflection
Take time to notice what has surfaced through the experience and capture any thoughts, feelings, insights or intentions you want to carry forward.
🪽 Meditation & Angel Card Pull
We’ll bring the evening to a gentle close with meditation and an angel card pull, giving you space for reflection, intention and whatever meaning you choose to take from your card.
