Divine Download — Colleen Flynn-Lawson at The Glenmark Art Gallery

The Glenmark Art Gallery presents Divine Download, a solo exhibition of new paintings by Colleen Flynn-Lawson, on view August 10 through September 20, 2026.

Flynn-Lawson works in acrylic on texture paste over wood panel. Pigment is poured and allowed to find its own edges, blooming and rupturing as it settles — forms that read as cellular at one distance and cosmic at another. The work is neither fully controlled nor fully accidental, and the negotiation between the two is its subject.

The exhibition comprises sixteen works, from intimate 16 × 20 in. panels to a series of narrow 54 × 12 in. verticals and large-scale compositions up to 36 × 96 in. All works are available for acquisition; prices are listed on the wall labels.

OPENING RECEPTION

Thursday, August 20, 2026, 7–9 PM. The artist will be in attendance. Complimentary wine.
