I'm ridiculously excited to announce our Channeling Divine Teachings Skills Retreat on July 2-4 at my home in Saratoga Springs NY! I haven't opened my retreats beyond intensive graduates in 6 years, but this will be offered widely to benefit the Childhood Trauma Foundation (so bring your spiritual friends!).
Join us for an intimate time together to go deeply inward to "download" YOUR inner truths and teachings from YOUR Higher Consciousness. Program will include yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, community sharing and connection.
Pre-requisites: Must have an established stillness and meditation practice. There will be much time doing inner processing and moving through inner blockages, so the desire to stay inward and focused will be key.
(30hrs of Yoga Alliance CEUs offered upon completion, and submissions post retreat)
