About the Event

Join IE University for an evening of conversation, insight, and connection exploring how diversity, inclusion, and well-being shape the modern workplace.

In a world shaped by rapid change and emerging technologies, differences - whether in background, identity, perspective, or experience—can often trigger uncertainty, fear, or mistrust. This conference brings together professionals, leaders, IE alumni, and members of the wider Munich business community to explore how organizations can move from threat to trust by strengthening psychological safety, belonging, and well-being.

Through expert discussions, panel conversations, and structured networking, we will explore key dimensions of diversity—including gender, neurodiversity, age, LGBTQ+ perspectives, and cultural diversity—and how inclusive environments foster engagement, innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

A discussion with experts and industry leaders on creating more inclusive, psychologically safe, and high-performing workplaces.

19:30 – 20:30 - Structured Networking

Connect with professionals from across the Munich region, IE alumni, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and members of the IE community through curated networking designed to encourage meaningful conversations and exchange.

20:30 – 21:30 - Cocktail Reception

Continue the evening in a relaxed and social atmosphere with drinks, conversation, and networking.
