- Mini cheeseburger sliders with pickle and Chef Max’s relish

- Shrimp and Crab Cocktail, with a Lime tequila tomato sauce served in a small pedestal cup

- Vegetarian Flatbread with Confit of wild mushrooms, caramelized onion and fontina, topped with micro arugula and balsamic glaze
