Carol Gockel is a leadership expert with over a decade of experience in international banking, where she pioneered Diversity and Inclusion and became the first woman in her department to advance into management. She created the “Lady Confidence Blueprint” to empower female leaders and address gaps in organizational development.

In addition to working with Citibank, Barclays, and local SMEs, Carol co-authored *Break Through* with Les Brown and was recognized as an International Iconic Influencer. She also hosted the UN’s Beyond 2020 Dialogue in Singapore.

She has honed her skills and developed a unique style that sets her apart from other designers in the industry. Whether working on a large-scale commercial project or creating a beautiful bouquet for a special occasion, Vivian always brings creativity, passion, and attention to detail to every project.
Her portfolio includes beautiful and memorable arrangements for Le Jardin Restaurant, Under Der Linden Restaurant, Ce Soir, Café De Nicole’s Flower, La Foret Singapore and Muse Asia and wedding events.
With her extensive knowledge of the floral industry and her commitment to providing the highest-quality products and service, Vivian has earned a reputation as a premier floral designer in the business.
