Disrupting with Purpose is a virtual series that brings attention to issues impacting Minnesota’s young people. As part of Foster Care Awareness Month, we invite you to join us in person for a timely conversation on permanency options for foster youth in Minnesota. 

From Foster Care to Options in Permanency will center the voices of foster youth to explore their lived experiences and perspectives on permanency options, focusing on both the preparation before and the realities that follow. Youth will share their perspectives on access to information, expectations, transitions, and changes in relationships and resources. Field experts on the panel will respectfully offer context and insight that builds on youth perspectives. The conversation will include a range of experiences to support a balanced and nuanced understanding of permanency options in Minnesota.
