Join us for an intentional and transformative experience designed to help women reconnect with their health, restore balance, and prioritize their overall well-being.

This year’s summit centers on whole woman wellness addressing the connection between mental health, hormones, physical wellness, and sustainable self-care.

Through powerful conversations and immersive wellness experiences, we’re creating a space where women can move beyond survival mode and begin to truly heal.

What to Expect:

• A dynamic panel featuring experts in mental health, nursing, pelvic health, breathwork, and life coaching
• Real conversations around stress, hormone balance, pain management, and preventative care
• A curated brunch and meaningful connection with like-minded women
• A wellness marketplace featuring local vendors and resources
• A wellness-centered environment focused on education, empowerment, and healing

Women of color continue to face disproportionately higher rates of chronic stress, maternal health complications, heart disease, and barriers to quality healthcare. Many are navigating these challenges while balancing careers, families, and the pressure to “do it all” often without adequate support or resources.

That is why we are intentionally creating this space.

A space for honest conversations, accessible education, and a supportive community where women can prioritize their health without guilt and begin to take control of their wellness in a sustainable way.

This is more than an event, it’s a space to reset, reconnect, and reclaim your health.
