The next Lorcana Championship has arrived, and this time it is to celebrate Lorcana's fifth set - Shimmering Skies.This event will have a capacity of 32 players and will be run using SWISS with a top cut. The event requires a minimum of 8 players to fire.
The top performing Illumineers at each Championship earn exclusive prizes.
Timings:
Registration will begin from 10am, with the event due to start at 11am. Rounds will be 50 minutes long with a 5 minute break between rounds, and will be best of 3.
8 players - 3 swiss rounds, no top cut
9-16 players - 4 swiss rounds, cut to top 4
17-32 players - 5 swiss rounds, cut to top 8
ID & Decklists:
This event requires all participants to have a Melee account to participate in this event. Please ensure you have both your melee username and email address to hand when registering on the day of the event.
Decks will follow Core Constructed rules, 60 card minimum, 2 ink maximum, no sideboard.
Deck lists, and checks will be running at this event, headed up by our Judges. To make things easier we do ask that a Deck List is printed and filled out, please find the form online HERE.
We will be following all official comprehensive rules.
Food & Drink:
Food and/or refreshments NOT purchased onsite are NOT permitted at this event, with the exception of water bottles. We have an onsite cafe, which provides a range of cooked and cold food and drink available for purchase on the day, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Alternatively, should you wish to bring in hot FOOD only you can pay a surcharge of £3.50 at the bar to do so. Please do not bring outside drinks. Anyone found to be bringing outside food and drink into the event, without paying, may be asked to leave.
Wait List:
In the circumstance that this event has sold out, please send your current address, contact email address and phone number to [email protected] with the subject line Lorcana Championship Set 5 Wait List. If those details are not included in the email you will NOT be added to the list.
Those on the list will be contacted in order they have submitted their details when/if spaces become available, up to and including the morning of the event. Please do not contact us multiple times enquiring about Wait List updates, we will not be able to provide this information.
Personal Belongings & Spectators:
We have limited space for this event. Please do not bring excess personal belongings, we do not have any storage facilities. There will not be space available for spectators at this event.
Buying & Selling Cards:
We are a Lorcana Singles retailer! Cards are available to sell to us for store credit or cash, and purchase from us both onsite and on our website, www.dicesaloonsingles.co.uk. We ask that large orders for singles are placed online prior to the event as we cannot guarantee those orders will be fulfilled in time on the day of the event. If you wish to sell singles you will be required to submit a buylist for the singles online and await its approval. When dropping off your buylist, depending on the size of the list, this may take some time to be finalized and for payment to be made.
We do not otherwise allow the selling or purchase of singles or product in store.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.
If less than 7 days, the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
Tickets are non transferable. Please do not purchase your tickets from someone else. We have had issues of people selling fake tickets for our popular events.

1st place overall will receive:

If there are 17 or more players in the event, first place will also receive an Illumineers Trove.
2nd place overall will receive:
1x Mirabel Madrigal - Family Gatherer - Alt Art Promo card
1x Mirabel Madrigal - Family Gatherer - Playmat
1x Lorebook or a 1x Deckbox
3rd & 4th place overall will receive:
1x Mirabel Madrigal - Family Gatherer - Alt Art Promo card
1x pack of Lorcana sleeves
5th-8th place overall will receive:
1x Mirabel Madrigal - Family Gatherer - Alt Art Promo card
In addition, each participant shall receive 2 boosters, and for each participant in the event there will be 2 Lorcana booster packs entered into the prize pool to be distributed among the top players after the swiss rounds, before the top cut.
