Deposit is £100 per person, due at the point of booking. An interim payment of 25% of the balance is due 05/10/25 then the remaining balance is due by the 16/11/25.
Disney Santa Fe Hotel and Disney Sequioa Lodge have 2 double beds per room. Disney Hotel Cheyenne has either 2 double beds or 1 double bed, 1 single and 1 pull out bed.
The cost includes coach and ferry travel from your chosen pick up point. 3 nights at your chosen hotel. 2 Days park passes valid for both parks (Yes there are 2 parks, full of magic!!) Disney Magic Hours, which means you can get into the parks before other visitors! Shuttle busses to and from the parks, or you are close enough to walk if you are able. ABTA protection for payments, local city tax. You need your own travel insurance, each passenger needs a passport, please also get yourselves FREE GHIC cards (these cover emergency health care, and are free through government sites, you NEVER need to pay for these)
Guide for Itinerary (ferry times dependant)
Sunday 11th Jan - arrive at your chosen hotel for early afternoon, we should be able to check into the hotel for 3pm. Have a relax at the hotel, explore the area, visit the Disney Village if you like, get your bearings ready for the next day.
Monday 12th Jan – Enjoy the magic of Disneyland, visit the 2 parks. Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studio’s
Tuesday 13th Jan - Enjoy the magic of Disneyland, visit the 2 parks. Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studio’s
Wednesday 14th Jan – Leave the hotel after breakfast, back to the coach, full of magical memories to last a lifetime! Arriving back to your drop off point late evening

Meal vouchers will be available to buy, but the prices aren’t available yet. Meal vouchers are used in Disney restaurants and save you around 20% on the price you would pay at the restaurant. Only good value if you are likely to eat in the restaurants at the parks… You can just buy food as you go along, or you could take snacks in your luggage, such as pot noodles, cuppa soups, flapjacks, cereal bars etc. There is a McDonalds in the Disney Village (area outside the parks) and other cheaper (not cheap) restaurants there too.
Please note that as per my T&C’s, deposits are non-refundable. Also, after the full payment is made, none of the payment is refundable. Please be very sure you can come if you book on to this trip. By booking on to this trip, you are agreeing to these conditions, as well as the regular T&C’s. This holiday is sold by Greatdays, Rachel’s Coach Trips is acting as the agent. Payments are ABTA protected. Also please note that these figures stated may change slightly. The last few times, this hasn’t changed at all. Main factor being that the ferry cost has been estimated, so this may change when it can actually be booked.
