Disney Springs Flavors of Florida Pairing Event featuring City Works

City Works is hosting a Pairing Event in celebration of Disney Springs Flavors of Florida.

Guests will experience a four-course dining experience featuring distinct ingredients found locally in Florida.

The event takes place on July 23 from 6-8 pm at City Works Disney Springs.

Capacity is limited and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and payment is due at the time of booking. The event is subject to change or cancellation. Seating will be community-style.

Jerk Chicken Empanadas – Lake Meadows farms Jerk smoked chicken, habanero-cheddar jack cheese, mojo verde, grilled mango-pineapple salsa

Course 2

Fried Green Tomato Salad – Florida-grown fried green tomatoes, chili-spiced pecans, baby arugula, goat cheese, charred orange vinaigrette, local guanciale

Beer Pairing: Playalinda Brewing Co. – Robonaut Red Ale

Course 3

Braised Short Rib – Braised boneless short rib, orange blossom honey bbq, smoked cheddar grits, crispy pickled cubanelle peppers, local micro greens

Beer Pairing: Bold City Brewery – Duke's Cold Nose Brown Ale

Course 4

Fried Orange Cheesecake – Florida Oranges, coconut key-lime sauce, candied kumquats, Siesta Key coconut rum whipped cream
