Let's meet and discuss fiction from the New Yorker magazine!
About this Event

Let's get together and discuss stories from recent issues of the magazine.
Stories for this meeting will be from the July issues and are "Pig Lab " by Will Mackin (7/6), "Gatekeeping" by Bryan Washington (7/20), and "Testing" by Min Jin Lee ( 7/27). Join the discussion whether you read one or all.
If you don't subscribe, you can check out the magazine in hard copy or download online using the "Libby" app from your library. For audio, listen to the podcast "The Writer's Voice" by The New Yorker.

Please register if you will come - registration is free. We will meet in the Large Study Room, on the first floor next to the Books & Bites Cafe. There is a small menu of snacks and beverages for sale on Saturday and sales benefit the Friends of the Alameda Library. I will bring a tray of cookies.
