Discovery Days: Habitat Explorers
About this Event
This summer we are welcoming families to the Hyde Park Learning Centre, our safe fully enclosed site with toilet facilities, for our popular free drop-in Discovery Days!
Join us this week to explore our beautiful nature habitats. Drop in anytime between 11am-3pm to take part in a variety of activities including:
- Pond dipping
- Minibeast hunting under logs
- Meeting the minibeasts that live in our meadow with meadow sweeping (weather permitting)
The activities are suitable for the whole family to enjoy, allowing you and your children to connect with nature together (and giving you the chance to find your inner child!)
Please note:
- Storytelling sessions will take place at 12, 1, and 2pm with all other activities ongoing through the day.
- For more information about visiting please see our FAQ's below or email us at [email protected]
By coming to this event you are supporting The Royal Parks charity and our work to provide 5,000 acres of urban green respite in the centre of our bustling capital city. If you value your Royal Parks, please consider making an additional gift. It will make all the difference to their future.
