Discovery Centre to Allen Road Bridge RETURN Training Run

This night time training run is with Diane Breant and Kara McPheat. You will meet at Perth Hills Discovery Centre (Feral Pig finish line) at 6:30pm for a 7pm start.
You will run out to Allen Road Bridge and back (26km).
From Allen Road Bridge to PHDC is the final distance for the 50km and 50 mile course.
With Diane and Kara there will be several pace groups - they are aiming to cater for all.
You must be fully self sufficient for the run - hydration / nutrition / head torches / high vis vest (may as well train the way you will be running on the day.
