To mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II, local history expert Brian Sandford will be presenting an illustrated talk at 1pm on 3 May 2025 highlighting the legacy of the War in Southend and the surrounding area. This will accompany our new free exhibition on the same theme.
Brian is Secretary of the Shoebury Society and Managing Director of the Cart and Wagon Shed.
Entry to the talk is by free ticket.
