Annette Allen is a passionate, Christian, food lover, mom, step mom, grandmother, and dog mom. For most of her life, Annette considered herself very healthy, but her 40's ushered in some unexpected health challenges, from navigating gluten and dairy intolerances to battling mold exposure, IBS, parasites, and candida in her 50's. Despite her active lifestyle and efforts to eat well, she realized she was missing crucial pieces of the wellness puzzle.
Annette was also deeply concerned about how the Standard American Diet contributes to sickness and disease impacting every generation. It was during the quiet pause of the COVID shutdown that Annette discovered something truly remarkable and God inspired: the profound healing power of a whole food plant-based diet, and its surprising alignment with the timeless wisdom found in the Bible.
While not a doctor or nutritionist, Annette is a living testament to how embracing these dietary shifts can profoundly transform health. She also believes that a more natural and holistic approach aligns with how God intended us to live and thrive.

Featured guest speakers are designed to inspire and help women grow in faith, as well as learning new skills and an opportunity for socializing.
