This engaging class series is ideal for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their existing practice. This course will run on Wednesdays, starting Sept 16 - Nov 4, 2026. You’ll be guided every step of the way by experienced instructor Chris Campbell, who brings over 39 years of dedication to the healing arts, including Taiji, Qigong, and meditation. His supportive teaching style and depth of knowledge create an inspiring and welcoming environment for all participants.
