The Quiet Within: An Evening of Rest, Reflection & Inner Peace
Amidst the noise of daily life, there are still quiet places within you. Join Kristen and Rachel for an evening of gentle guidance inward—an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect to your inner sense of peace. Together, we’ll explore the landscape of your inner world through yoga nidra, a practice that opens the door to deep rest and conscious stillness. There will be space for journaling and optional group sharing within our supportive, grounded container. Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothes.

Awakening Peace: A Gentle Morning of Movement, Marma & Rest
Whether you're continuing from the evening before or joining us fresh, this session draws on Vedic wisdom to support deeper rest & relaxation, energy flow, and healing. We’ll begin with gentle movement to awaken and prepare the body, then ease into a restorative yoga practice enhanced with hands-on marma point activation and essential oils.
Marma points are vital energy points where physical and energetic pathways intersect; they are often found where muscles, vessels, and nerves converge. Stimulating these points can help to improve the functions of the body’s pathways by releasing stagnation, balancing the nervous system, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Come as you are, and wear comfortable clothes.
