我將舉辦 兩場小型體驗課程（每場僅 6 位名額），在課程中你可以：
� 了解什麼是顱骶療法
� 體驗它對 壓力舒緩、身心連結、神經系統調節 的效果
� 在輕鬆互動中 親身感受 CST
� 課程時間
第一場：12:00 – 12:30 PM
第二場：3:45 – 4:15 PM
課程中，我會帶領大家 自我體驗、與夥伴互動，並分享一些 簡單的日常自我照護方法，幫助你支持身體的自然節律。

I’m so excited to partner with RUMAH Taipei to introduce Craniosacral Therapy (CST) at their annual CULTURE CLUB open house! � Sunday, October 5, 2025
I’ll be holding two small-group sessions (only 6 spots per session) where you can:
� Learn what craniosacral therapy is
� Experience its benefits for stress relief, body connection, and nervous system regulation
� Feel CST first-hand in a relaxed, interactive setting
� Session Times
Session 1: 12:00 – 12:30 PM
Session 2: 3:45 – 4:15 PM
During the session, I’ll guide you through self-experience, partner exercises, and share simple daily self-care practices to support your body’s natural rhythm.
