Join us for a special night as we welcome Matthieu Gille, flying in from Burgundy to share the incredible wines of his family’s historic estate, Domaine Gille. The Gille family has called Comblachien in the Côte d’Or home since 1570, making them one of the oldest winemaking families in the region.

For more than a century, they have crafted acclaimed wines from Nuits-Saint-Georges, Pommard, and other legendary Burgundian terroirs. This is a rare chance to taste these gems alongside the winemaker himself, as Matthieu guides us through his family’s remarkable legacy and artistry.
