Join us for a fun and supportive class designed to help you improve mobility, build strength, and safely work toward your front and middle splits. Through a combination of targeted stretching, hip-opening exercises, and active flexibility techniques, you'll gain the tools and confidence to make lasting progress, whether you're a complete beginner or already on your flexibility journey.
This class is led by dual-certified Yoga and XPERT Aerial Hoop Instructor Lune A., who will guide you through effective techniques to help increase flexibility while improving body awareness and control.
What to bring: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (leggings recommended), water, and an open mind. Yoga mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
