Hi, I’m Timea
I’m an ICF-certified Soul Purpose and Spiritual Life Coach, Sound Healer, and Spinal Energetics Practitioner - and also the co-founder of Holistic Spiritual Expats, a community created as a home for conscious souls to connect, explore, and grow together.
My journey into this work began with my own search for meaning. For a long time, I felt caught between the life I thought I was “supposed” to live and the truth of who I really was inside. That inner conflict guided me into a deep process of healing - embracing my sensitivity, reconnecting with my body, and learning to listen to the wisdom of my soul.
Now, nothing brings me greater joy than holding sacred spaces where others can do the same: release old patterns, reconnect with their authentic essence, and step into their soul’s purpose with clarity and confidence.
This new space, The New Wave Studio, is part of that vision - a safe container where our community can gather in person, experience transformation, and remember that we’re never alone on this journey.
In this workshop, I’m not here to tell you who you are - I’m here to guide you in remembering what’s already within you. ✨
