In this profound 3-hour workshop, multitalented Soundhealer and artist Agustian Supriatna invites you on a sacred journey to discover the transformative power of your own voice through the ancient practice of Om chanting.
Drawing from his lineage as a traditional healer and decades of exploring sound traditions across cultures—from Sanskrit mantras to Tibetan singing bowls—Agustian creates a nurturing space where you can release tension, reconnect with your inner self, and awaken your natural healing abilities.
The workshop begins with an exploration of sound's profound impact on mind, body, and soul to understand Om as the primordial sound that connects us to universal consciousness. Through gentle pranayama and body preparation, you'll learn to unlock your voice and discover your unique resonance. Agustian will guide you step-by-step in breaking down the Om sound (A-U-M), exploring harmonics, and finding your personal pitch with the support of traditional instruments including Tibetan Bowls and Shruti box.
Two deeply immersive sound healing meditations are woven throughout the practice—guiding you into states of profound relaxation where the teachings integrate deeply within your being.
Group practice sessions offer the opportunity to experience the collective power of chanting together, while individual demonstrations and personalized guidance ensure you develop confidence in your own practice. Before the closing meditation, you'll receive practical tools for continuing your Om chanting practice at home.
Whether you're new to chanting, deepening your existing practice, or looking to enhance your Om teaching in yoga classes, this workshop offers both practical techniques and spiritual nourishment. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Agustian Supriatna is a multitalented soundhealer and artist based in Ubud, Bali. Born in the deep jungle of Lampung, he came from a traditional healer lineage connected to the nature and wildlife of Sumatra island. Chosen as a healer from a young age, everything he learned was passed down from his grandfather.
In his late teens, he made a bold decision to pursue his dream of becoming an artist, pausing his healing journey to explore painting, sculpture, and music. He found his voice and became recognized in international art scenes. After 20 years of self-development, he reclaimed his legacy as a healer, choosing music as the perfect medium to invite people into the healing journey. The fusion of inherited ancient wisdom with the power of sound gave birth to The Art of Sound Healing.
