About this Event

In this two hour introductory workshop you will learn about the SoulCollage® process and the unlimited ways to use it as a source of guidance.

First we will make 8"x 5" collages using images that we're drawn to and that embrace our authentic self. Then I will demonstrate how to "voice" your collages to uncover the wisdom they hold for you.

All supplies will be provided. No experience or art skills needed. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Facilitated by Sandra Spilke LCSW and SoulCollage® facilitator. Sandra hosts workshops that focus on self-discovery, self-acceptance, personal empowerment, creativity, community and connection.
