In this in-person meetup, Christiaan Verwijs introduces Columinity’s Teaming Success Model: an evidence-based perspective on what drives team effectiveness.

The "Teaming Success Model" is ideal for organizations that struggle to create stable teams. But even stable teams shouldn't assume that actual teamwork happens there. Use our new model to evaluate teaming in your organization, and develop it to contribute to dynamic capabilities. Check this article for more details.

We'll explore why teaming is not a static state, but a continuous process of working together toward meaningful outcomes. We’ll walk through the five key elements of the model, from teaming and cross-functionality to organizational support and focus climate, and show how they interact to shape real outcomes.
