Ancient knowledge and practices have been adapted by Shri Mataji to modern day needs of people from all walks of life. Sahaja Yoga Meditation has been around the world since 1970 and is always taught free.We will meditate together and discover new knowledge each time - every Tuesday from 7- 8 pm at the McMillan Arts Centre (133 McMillan Street, Parksville).
