In this immersive session, you’ll:

• Explore different flours and understand their unique properties

• Create your own sourdough starter from scratch

• Learn how to care for and use your starter at home

• Bake a fresh loaf during the class to enjoy together

We’ll share a relaxed light lunch featuring plenty of sourdough, including a special tasting made with our own honey.

You’ll leave with the confidence to bake your own loaf the very next day — plus your very own starter to take home.
