Following our wonderful October gathering, we're excited to bring the Erickson community together once more for an evening of learning, exploration, and meaningful connections.
This time, we're joined by Thomas Wegner, Erickson Facilitator, to explore the world of solution-focused coaching and discover how it can change the way we approach conversations, challenges, and opportunities.
What does solution-focused coaching actually look like? How is it different from other approaches? And how can these skills make a difference in our professional and personal lives?
Whether you're an experienced coach, an Erickson graduate, currently learning, or simply curious about coaching, this evening is for you.
