Discover New Stories at Connecticut Public’s "Where We Read" Book Swap!

Where We Live, Connecticut Public’s morning news talk show, recently launched a new community series called "Where We Read." This is a safe space for book dragons and the literary curious to find community, make new friends and discover exciting reads.

On Saturday, June 13, join Where We Live Host Catherine Shen and the crew at Grace’s Place in Meriden for a few hours of fun mingling and a book swap! Come and connect with other readers, share what you're reading and loving! No assigned reading, no pressure — just a relaxed afternoon among fellow book lovers.

To participate in the Book Swap:

• Bring at least one new or gently used favorite book that you’d like to exchange.
• Wrap the book in plain brown wrapping paper (preferred but not required) with a short description written on it that doesn’t give away the title or the author.
• We will draw numbers like a white elephant party and everyone gets to go home with a new book or two!
