Integrated Energy Therapy® uses light touch on specific areas of the body (called Integration Points) to help release stored energetic patterns - what IET® calls “cellular memory.” This process supports emotional clearing, healing, and a deeper reconnection with your authentic self.

Our time together will include:

• Learn how IET® supports emotional and energetic healing
• A short guided meditation to help you ground and open to the energy
• A gentle hands-on demonstration to experience IET® for yourself
• Space for sharing, reflection, and questions
