Meet at the GREYLOCK GLEN OUTDOOR Center. 165 Gould Road, Adams
FREE and open to ages 8 and older.
Registration is required as space is limited to 12 participants.
Spring is a great time for discovering amazing seasonal changes in the natural world. Join us for a fabulous fun time exploring the diversity of flora, fauna and landmark features at Mount Greylock. Look for signs of wildlife and identify emerging ephemerals along easy-moderate trails. Hikes may include talks on trail stewardship, bear awareness and cultural history. Be prepared for muddy trail conditions with rocks and roots. Duration: 2-3 hours.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Dress for variable spring weather and wear sturdy, waterproof boots. Bring binoculars, drinking water and a snack.
