Discover 201: Define Your Ideal Customer Persona (ICP)
About this Event
You've confirmed the problem is real. Now comes the part most founders get wrong: building for "everyone" instead of someone specific.
A vague customer means vague messaging, vague product decisions, and outreach that never quite lands. This session picks up where Discover 101 leaves off — moving you from "I think I know who my customer is" to a defined, evidence-backed ICP you can actually build and sell around.
We'll separate what you truly know from what you're still assuming, then work through the difference between an Early Adopter, an ICP, and a User Persona — three terms founders mix up constantly, but which point to three different decisions. You'll leave with a customer hypothesis specific enough to test, and a plan for testing it.

Is this the right time for you?
Discover 201 is built for founders who've already completed Discover 101 and confirmed their problem is real — this session assumes that groundwork is done. If you haven't worked through Discover 101 yet, that's the better starting point, and we'd rather see you there first than have you spend this session catching up.
Not sure which one fits? Register for whichever sounds right and we'll follow up if it looks like there's a better starting point, and your spot is never at risk either way.
