Join us on my 9th February and fully disconnect from the strain of day to day life. Submerge yourself in the wonderful energies of a sound bath with Congeries of Sound, followed by a cacao ceremony and guided meditation with Amazonite Griffin. Helping you to reconnect to your true self in the moment.
Being truly in that moment of oneness you continue the day with visulisations and mantras, and reconnection techniques, ending with sumi art you'll create yourself with guidance of Art to inspired, being able to take home as a reminder of the day and your personal achievement of realignment. In addition to this you all will receive a gift lasting a lifetime ✨️
That day will begin at 10am ending at 4pm with a lunch break in the day (please ensure your bring your own lunch, dress comfortable and even bring a blanket).
