Another Mercury Retrograde is biting the dust! Let's celebrate disco-style, and chill out after the drama Mercury caused when it boogied backward through our lives.
Disco kings and queens welcome, as well as dorks to the max (like me). Disco threads very encouraged, as are song requests for our class playlist.
Intensity: Gentle

Sensory Notes: Please dress for disco-themed comfort. We're gonna be listening to disco music for this class.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using (including a bolster).

Parking: Parking is available on Second Street, as well as the large parking lot across from Rockstar Wellness.
NOTE: This class does not take place in Rockstar Wellness itself. We'll be meeting there to go very nearby.
We ask that if you take photos in class, to make sure everyone in the photos wants to be.
