Father James A. Rafferty, S.T.D., Ordained a priest of the Diocese of Scranton, Pennsylvania, in 1994, Fr. Jim Rafferty currently serves as Director of Programs and Mission for the Institute for Priestly Formation in Omaha, Nebraska.
Fr. Rafferty completed seminary studies at the Pontifical North American College and earned a Licentiate in Sacred Theology with specialization in Moral Theology from the Gregorian University. Subsequently he obtained a Doctorate in Moral Theology from the Alphonsian Academy in Rome.
