DISC Autumn 2025 Open Evening

Digital Independent Specialist College (DISC) offers a unique opportunity supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to move towards working in the creative and digital industry. Based at Holyoake House in the city centre of Manchester and our recently opened site just over the road in Salford, DISC is a creative and digital space providing supported work-based learning to help talented young people fulfil their potential!

DISC works with young people to gain sustainable employment in the digital / creative industry. As well as working with industry professionals to gain these skills, DISC also offers a personalised curriculum of Preparation for Adulthood, PSHE and employability skills.

DISC is designed for young people with SEND aged 16–24 with an EHCP who are passionate about creative and digital work, enjoy learning by doing, and would thrive in a professional, work-based environment. It's ideal for those who want to build their core skills and take confident steps towards employment.

We have three Open Evenings coming up in October and November.

• 30th October 2025 – 2-6pm

• 13th November 2025 – 4-6pm

• 27th November 2025 – 4-6pm

These events are a great chance to visit our main studio space in the heart of Manchester City Centre, meet our team and find out more about the support and opportunities we offer.

Please note, visiting our site is the first step in our application process so we won’t be offering any places until the open evening program has ben completed.
