If you want to help prepare your family for the risks of severe weather, you can’t miss the Disaster Preparedness and Community Resources Day.
This family-friendly annual event, presented by Gloucester Emergency Management and the Community Emergency Response Team, will include a wealth of preparedness information, touch-a-truck opportunities and free hot dogs. We have many local and state first-response agencies signed up to attend.
Plan to join the party on August 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Home Depot (6921 Waltons Lane). Let’s work together to keep your family safe - through hurricane season, and beyond.
