About this Event
Join us for a transformative workshop led by LOTUS BOY 麗蓮, a trailblazing drag king, disability consultant, and youth educator from San Francisco. Drawing from personal experiences as a physically disabled, neurodivergent, and chronically ill performer, LOTUS BOY offers invaluable insights into making drag more sustainable and accessible for individuals facing similar challenges.
In this 1.5-hour session, LOTUS BOY will share practical tips and actionable strategies for disabled, neurodivergent, and chronically ill performers.
Learn how to advocate effectively for accessibility in performance spaces, and gain a deeper understanding of the systemic barriers that impact inclusion in drag culture.
