Disability, Aged Care and NFP Services AI Integration Field Lab
About this Event
This Field Lab is the portfolio's most carefully reviewed session: a half-day for disability, aged care, allied health and community-services organisations to test AI assistance on intake and reporting workflows with consent, dignity and safeguarding designed in from the first minute, and a privacy and safeguarding reviewer attached to the lab itself.
Who this is for:
Disability, aged care, allied health and community-services organisations: service managers, intake coordinators, quality and compliance leads, and frontline supervisors.
What you will do:
- Pressures in Disability, Aged Care and NFP Services map workforce and reporting pressures to candidate workflows without touching care decisions.
- Case Clinic: Consent, Dignity and Safeguarding work realistic fictional cases where the right answer is often "not here, not this way".
- Hands-On:Intake and Reporting Workflows test AI assistance on fictional intake and reporting material with a documented human-review step.
- Scored Opportunity Map and 30-Day Plan score candidates and leave with a dated plan.
What you will leave with:
A sector problem brief, a care-safe human review and consent flow, a tested workflow canvas, and a scored opportunity map with a 30-day plan.
Prerequisites and exclusions:
None; complete the 20-minute primer before the lab. Strictly fictional material no client, participant or resident information. Not clinical, legal or compliance advice; nothing in the lab changes your obligations under care standards.
